BOOK NOWBy accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through certifiedsewertechs.com (the "Platform"), you — whether as a customer seeking services ("User") or a service provider offering services ("Provider") — expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
This Agreement constitutes a binding private contract between you and Certified Sewer Techs (CST Network), operated under the authority of dbappsystems.com ("Operator"). If you do not agree to every term set forth herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by dbappsystems.com, a private software development enterprise. The Operator establishes and maintains this Platform as a digital marketplace and does not perform, supervise, or warrant the quality of sewer services rendered by independent Providers.
A "User" is any natural person or legal entity that accesses the Platform for the purpose of discovering, booking, or communicating with a Provider. Users affirm that they are acting on their own behalf, with full legal capacity, and under their own authority.
A "Provider" is any licensed sewer technician, company, or independent contractor who registers on the Platform to offer services to Users. By registering, you affirm your identity, licensing status, and background clearance — and that all representations made during onboarding are true and accurate.
Providers listed on the CST Network are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Operator. The Operator does not direct, control, or supervise the work of any Provider. No employment, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by this Agreement.
To use this Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law, and provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Providers must maintain CST Network standards including a valid state or local plumbing/sewer contractor license, current background check clearance, proof of liability insurance meeting minimum Platform-required coverage, and completion of any required CST Academy coursework.
By maintaining a Provider profile, you continuously represent that all licenses and certifications are current and valid, you carry adequate insurance for all work performed, you will not misrepresent your qualifications or pricing, and you will honor booked appointments except in documented emergencies.
Providers shall not solicit Users off-Platform to avoid Platform fees, misrepresent the scope or cost of services, engage in discriminatory or fraudulent conduct, or subcontract work without prior disclosure to the User. Violation may result in immediate removal from the Platform.
The CST Network facilitates connections between Users and Providers. The Operator is not a party to any service agreement formed between a User and a Provider. All service terms, pricing, warranties, and guarantees are solely between the User and the Provider.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation through the Platform. Off-Platform agreements do not constitute CST Network bookings and are not subject to Platform dispute processes.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set at the Provider level and disclosed at the time of booking. Users agree to review applicable cancellation terms prior to confirming any booking.
If a technician encounters conditions beyond the scope of the booked service, the Provider may pause or decline service. Users acknowledge this possibility and agree the Provider's safety judgment is final in the field.
Payment terms and service rates are established by individual Providers and disclosed prior to booking confirmation. The Operator may facilitate payment processing through third-party processors. Platform fees charged to Providers are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in writing by the Operator. Payment disputes between Users and Providers are the responsibility of the parties directly.
The Operator facilitates background check and license verification processes but does not independently guarantee the completeness or ongoing accuracy of third-party verification results. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before allowing any Provider access to their property. The Operator expressly disclaims liability for acts or omissions of any Provider, verified or otherwise.
All content on the Platform — including the CST Network name, logo, Academy materials, software, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of dbappsystems.com and is protected under applicable law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Platform, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with Platform operations. The Operator reserves the right to remove any content that is false, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.
The Platform and all services facilitated through it are provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Provider will meet your specific standards or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, any service performed or not performed by a Provider, unauthorized access to your account, or any conduct of third parties on the Platform.
In no event shall the Operator's total liability to any party exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by that party to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and dbappsystems.com from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of this Agreement, any service you perform as a Provider, any content you submit, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Your use of the Platform is subject to the CST Network Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described therein. The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madison County, Illinois.
The parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings. Written notice of a dispute must be provided to the Operator with a 30-day cure period.
If good faith resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Madison County, Illinois. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Operator. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to the Platform. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Certified Sewer Techs (CST Network), operated by dbappsystems.com ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy and identity of every person who interacts with our Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you hold with respect to your own data.
When you register, book a service, or contact us, we may collect: full name and contact information (email, phone, address), account credentials (username, password hash), payment information (processed securely via third-party processors — we do not store raw card data), Provider license numbers, insurance documentation, and background check consent, service requests, reviews, messages, and other content you submit.
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect: IP address and device identifiers, browser type and operating system, pages visited and navigation paths, referral URLs and search queries used to find the Platform, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We may receive information from background check service providers (for Provider verification), licensing databases and regulatory bodies, payment processors confirming transaction status, and analytics providers to improve Platform performance.
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, facilitate bookings and connect Users with Providers, process payments and send transactional communications, verify Provider licensing and certification status, improve and expand Platform features, detect and prevent fraud and security threats, comply with applicable legal obligations, and send service-related notifications and — with your consent — marketing updates.
Provider profiles — including name, service area, certifications, and ratings — are visible to Users. Users' general location and service request details are shared with relevant Providers to facilitate booking.
We engage trusted third-party vendors to assist with Platform operations, including payment processing, background checks, cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the specific purpose for which it was shared.
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Operator, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via the Platform or email.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), receive your data in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and authentication state, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and Platform usage, and detect and prevent fraudulent activity. The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately using the Customer Inquiry Form at certifiedsewertechs.com.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure credential hashing and storage, access controls limiting employee data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews of Platform infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You assume responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, delete personal information we have collected from you, opt out of the sale of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal data), and be free from discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
